Amprius Technologies, Inc. develops, manufactures and markets lithium-ion batteries for mobility applications, including the aviation, electric vehicle (EV) and light electric vehicle (LEV) industries. The Company’s commercially available SiMaxx batteries deliver up to 450 Wh/kg and 1,150 Wh/L, with third-party validation of 500 Wh/kg and 1,300 Wh/L. Its batteries are primarily used for existing and emerging aviation applications, including unmanned aerial systems (UAS), such as drones and high-altitude pseudo satellites (HAPS). It offers high-performance silicon anode batteries under product platforms: SiCore and SiMaxx. Its SiCore batteries are based on an innovative, proprietary silicon anode material system delivering high-energy-density silicon anode batteries that surpass current graphite cell performance.
