Credit Facility Update: Grindr has amended, extended, and upsized its syndicated revolving credit and term loan facility from $350 million to $600 million, with the term loan A increasing to $400 million and the revolving credit facility to $200 million.
Maturity Extension: The maturities for the loans have been extended from November 2028 to January 2031, allowing for more flexibility in repayment.
