Bell Textron announced the order of three additional Bell 407GXis by Life Flight Network, a not-for-profit air medical program with the largest Bell HEMS fleet, operating 35 Bell aircraft. These new mission-ready Bell 407GXis will join their fleet to continue offering rapid response and exceptional emergency medical care across their extensive service area.

Textron Aviation announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has ordered three Cessna Caravan aircraft to support its sterile insect release program protecting citrus crops along the Rio Grande River in southern Texas. The new aircraft are expected to be delivered in 2027. APHIS will use the Caravans to carry and release sterile insects that help prevent the spread of destructive pests, including fruit flies. The environmentally friendly technique helps safeguard fruit-bearing trees, reduce crop damage and protect agricultural industries that rely on healthy harvests.

Brunswick Corporation (BC) announced that its vessels, Mercury Marine propulsion systems, and Navico Group electronics and electrical systems will provide the platform for Textron Systems' (TXT) TSUNAMI Uncrewed Surface Vessels, following Textron Systems' contract award from the Defense Innovation Unit. Under the award, multiple TSUNAMI USVs supported the U.S. Navy's Fleet Experimentation exercise in Key West, Florida in late April, and enable three months of joint operations with U.S. Southern Command and the U.S. Navy Fourth Fleet.

Textron Aviation announced its new service facility at Essendon Fields Airport in Melbourne is now open for customers, expanding factory-direct support for Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker customers across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The purpose-built facility strengthens Textron Aviation's global service network and reflects the company's long-term commitment to expanding capacity and enhancing customer support throughout aircraft ownership, the company said in a statement.
