Televox announced an expanded deployment of Rich Communication Services powered by Twilio, enabling organizations in regulated industries to deliver secure, branded, and interactive customer conversations at scale. As RCS adoption rapidly expands across both Android and iOS devices, Televox is helping enterprises move beyond generic one-way SMS to more trusted and feature-rich digital engagement.

Twilio (TWLO) announced at Mobile World Congress a partnership with KPN Netherlands to enable nationwide Rich Communication Services Business Messaging across all major mobile operators in the Netherlands, powered by Twilio and Google (GOOGL). RCS Business Messaging combines SMS with features such as sender identity, images, carousels and action buttons. This allows businesses to communicate in a more secure and measurable way. The deployment is supported by Google's RCS for Business platform, enabling brand onboarding and registration across Android devices. Expanded device support, including iOS, is expected in 2026.
