EXL (EXLS) announced a critical transformation initiative with Sonos (SONO) and Amazon Web Services (AMZN). This collaboration deploys agentic AI within Sonos IT service management workflows, aiming to create a new benchmark for efficiency, operational intelligence and risk mitigation.
