Plumas Bancorp, the parent company of Plumas Bank, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a stock repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $25M of its outstanding common stock through the fourth quarter of 2026. "This repurchase program reflects our strong capital position, commitment to disciplined capital management and our confidence in the long-term outlook for the Company," said Andrew Ryback, President and Chief Executive Officer of Plumas Bancorp. "We remain focused on supporting our clients, maintaining regulatory capital requirements, and delivering long term shareholder value."

Plumas Bank announced recent changes to its credit administration leadership team. Effective Jan. 2026, Kevin Kaiser, formerly SVP and credit administrator, has been promoted to EVP and chief credit officer. In addition, Ryan Riggan, formerly SVP and SBA credit manager, has assumed the role of credit administrator. Former EVP and CCO, Jeff Moore announced his planned career retirement in October 2025, and Kaiser was named his successor. Moore's last day was December 31.
