Advertisers partner with Fluent to bid transparently for access to engaged consumers, while retailers maintain control over how monetization is integrated into their customer experience.

Fluent announced the completed sale of Winopoly, its Call Solutions subsidiary, to InsureCo. This divestiture advances Fluent's strategy to focus resources and investments on its rapidly scaling Commerce Media Solutions business.
