On Tuesday, Arm CEO Rene Haas said the U.S. will have difficulty blocking the export of CPUs to China because of their widespread use and it would be difficult to block only AI CPUs, Max Cherney of Reuters reports. "CPUs are kind of like oil relative to the application space," Haas said in an interview with Reuters. "That's a pretty hardcore cut."
