The Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved a special cash dividend of 2.2c per ordinary share on its outstanding shares to shareholders of record as of the close of trading on April 06. Holders of American Depositary Shares, each representing three ordinary shares of the Company, are accordingly entitled to a cash dividend of 6.6c per ADS. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, the depositary bank for the Company's ADS program, expects to pay out this dividend to ADS holders on or about April 15.
