Unisys (UIS) has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Salesforce (CRM) to strengthen the delivery of its on-site technology support. Unisys continues to enhance its Digital Workplace Solutions Field Services by integrating Agentforce 360, to help deliver speed, precision, and reliability to every service call. Agentforce 360 is the complete portfolio of Salesforce solutions that powers the agentic enterprise - connecting apps, data and AI agents on one trusted platform. This alliance represents one of the largest and most advanced deployments in the Agentforce Field Service and Operations ecosystem, operating across more than 120 countries and managing 7.4 million devices worldwide. The use of Agentforce Field Service and Operations builds upon an existing partnership between Unisys and Salesforce.

Unisys has announced a partnership with Worldsys, a leader in regulatory technology solutions, to deliver anti-money laundering, or AML, capabilities through a comprehensive core banking platform. The solution helps global financial institutions strengthen compliance processes, mitigate fraud risk and support secure banking operations. As financial crime techniques continue to evolve, banks require AML solutions that address regulatory requirements without adding unnecessary operational complexity. Worldsys contributes regulatory expertise to the Unisys partner ecosystem, operating with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, internationally recognized standards for Quality Management Systems and Information Security Management Systems.

Sees 2026 non-GAAP operating profit margin of 9.0%-11.0%. "Constant currency revenue guidance translates to reported revenue growth of (3.8)% to (1.8)% based on recent exchange rates as February 1, 2026, and assumes L&S revenue of approximately $415 million and Ex- L&S constant currency revenue growth of (7.0)% to (4.5)%," the company stated.
