Zurich Court Orders UBS to Provide Internal Valuation Documents
A Zurich court has ordered UBS to provide internal valuation documents to former Credit Suisse shareholders, The Financial Times' Mercedes Ruehl reports. UBS must grand access to internal documents submitted as part of their legal challenge to the bank's 2023 takeover of its former rival, according to the report. UBS had argued that access should be limited to a narrower set of materials relied upon by court-appointed experts.
