Tilray is teaming up with The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Tilray is announcing its line of exclusive Popsicle Hard flavored ready-to-drink beverages bring flavors into a new format for 21+ consumers in the U.S. Tilray has set out to capture the taste of Popsicle with an added 5% ABV kick, available in non-carbonated Hard Cherry, Hard Orange and Hard Grape. The Popsicle Hard Variety Pack will include 4 of each flavor and will be rolling out this March in select retailers nationwide.

Representative Guy Rechenthaler is sponsoring a bill to prohibit federal agencies from taking any adverse action against a person solely because the person provides business assistance to a cannabis-related legitimate business. H.R. 7987 also looks to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to create a safe harbor for national securities exchanges to list the securities of issuers that are cannabis-related legitimate businesses, and for other purposes.
