Terex (TEX) and REV Group (REVG) have each received the necessary stockholder approvals to complete the merger of Terex and REV at each company's Special Meeting of Stockholders. The companies expect to close the transaction in the first week of February 2026, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the remaining closing conditions.

Terex Corporation announced the appointment of Namita Jindal as Senior Vice President and Chief AI and Data Officer, effective immediately. She will report to Simon Meester, Terex President and Chief Executive Officer, and will serve on the Company's Executive Leadership Team.
