Latham Group plans to make announce at the 2026 Pool & Spa Show a wave of new product introductions and a noteworthy new partnership. The company's anniversary will also be marked by a newly announced partnership as an official sponsor of USA Artistic Swimming, USAAS. Latham Group signed on as an official sponsor of USA Artistic Swimming, the national governing body for the Olympic sport of artistic swimming in the United States. Brought together by a shared commitment to excellence, premium performance and a love of swimming, the partnership aims to inspire families to explore the enjoyment and confidence that grow from time spent in the water.

Latham Group (SWIM) appointed Sean Gadd as the company's new president and CEO as part of a CEO transition that will take effect on January 5, 2026. The appointment follows a search as part of a succession planning process led by the board and current CEO Scott Rajeski, who will be retiring from Latham and will serve as a special advisor to the company. Gadd comes to Latham following a 21-year career at James Hardie (JHX). He most recently served as president of North America since 2022.
