Craig was appointed as a Class I director to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Daniel McCabe, and will also serve as a member of the board's audit committee. Sidus Space announced the pricing of a best-efforts registered direct offering of 19.685M shares of its Class A common stock at an offering price of $5.08 per share, priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. Total gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting the placement agent fee and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $100M. All of the shares of Class A common stock and pre-funded warrants are being offered by the company. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on May 29, subject to customary closing conditions. ThinkEquity is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.
