Sidus Space announced the expansion of its existing agreement with Lonestar Data Holdings to build and deliver an additional StarVault orbital data storage payload. The amendment extends Sidus' role in enabling the world's first commercially operational space-based sovereign data storage service. The amendment expands the scope of Sidus' work under its ongoing partnership with Lonestar and reflects continued execution against customer requirements as StarVault transitions from early missions to sustained commercial deployment. Sidus is currently building the first StarVault payload, which is scheduled to launch no earlier than fall 2026 aboard LizzieSat-4. The additional payload expands the overall StarVault network and reflects Lonestar's continued progress toward scaling its orbital data storage architecture.

Sidus Space signed a Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, with Simera Sense, a provider of optical payloads and data analytics for satellite Earth observation. The agreement outlines a strategic collaboration to support the development of next-generation hyperspectral imaging solutions incorporating onboard data processing and analytics, with the goal of enabling commercially deployable, intelligence-driven Earth observation missions for government and commercial customers. The combination of Simera Sense's advanced imaging with Sidus' integrated FeatherEdge hardware and Cielo AI software will enable direct in-orbit data processing. By reducing latency and optimizing downlink usage, this approach addresses growing market demand for faster, more actionable Earth observation data across commercial, civil, and defense applications, including environmental monitoring, infrastructure analysis, and situational awareness.

Sidus Space (SIDU) announced the achievement of an integration milestone with Maris-Tech (MTEK) as Maris-Tech's advanced payload is scheduled to fly aboard Sidus' LizzieSat-4 mission, expected to launch later this year. This milestone marks the transition from planning to active integration, as Sidus and Maris-Tech prepare to initiate testing of Maris-Tech's payload hardware next week. Upon completion of initial testing, the payload is expected to be integrated onto the LizzieSat-4 satellite, advancing both companies toward flight readiness.
