Rezi Mortgage Assistant lets prospective borrowers explore the home financing process on their own terms-without forms, phone calls, or sales pressure-and progress to a loan officer only when they are ready.

Rithm Capital plans to offer $500M aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2031. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of certain indebtedness.
