Clear Street analyst Tim Moore raised the firm's price target on Rekor Systems to $2.50 from $2.25 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company pre-released an "impressive beat" for revenue and gross margin in the September quarter. Following the pre-release, the firm increased its 2025 and 2026 sales estimates by 4% each, the analyst noted.
