Red Cat Holdings announced that Arastelle Drone Solutions has joined the Red Cat Futures Initiative, the company's industry-wide consortium accelerating advanced autonomous systems for modern warfare. Arastelle is a developer of modular tethered UAS solutions. By joining the Futures Initiative, Arastelle will collaborate with Red Cat to integrate its tactical tethering technology with Red Cat's Family of Systems, including the Black Widow platform. Together, Arastelle and Red Cat's drones provide users with persistent intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, communications relay, and extended operations without requiring additional standalone systems.

Red Cat announced a strategic partnership between its maritime division, Blue Ops, and Haddy, a large-scale robotic 3D printing and distributed manufacturing company. The partnership will equip Blue Ops' manufacturing facility in Valdosta, Georgia with advanced Agentic AI-powered robotic production systems to support the rapid development and production of its line of Unmanned Surface Vessels, effectively doubling overall manufacturing capacity. By combining Blue Ops' expertise in ship building and autonomous maritime systems with Haddy's microfactory approach, the companies are working to streamline how USVs are designed, built, and delivered. The collaboration reflects a broader shift underway in maritime manufacturing, as large-scale 3D printing reshapes how vessels are produced, enabling faster timelines, greater flexibility, and the ability to scale production in ways not possible with traditional shipbuilding methods.

Red Cat announced that a NATO ally selected its Black Widow sUAS on a competitive tender, with delivery of an undisclosed number of systems scheduled for delivery during calendar year 2026. The contract was facilitated through NATO Support and Procurement Agency. Each system includes two Black Widow aircraft, a ground control station and other mission-critical components.

Red Cat Holdings entered a strategic partnership with Spetstechnoexport, a state-owned enterprise under Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, to accelerate collaboration on next-generation unmanned and robotic systems. The partnership, formalized through a memorandum of understanding establishes a framework for cooperation across air, land, and maritime domains. The collaboration is designed to support the integration of advanced technologies, expand production capabilities, and enable broader access to U.S. and Ukrainian defense innovations in global markets. This partnership positions Red Cat as one of the first U.S. companies to formally collaborate with a Ukrainian state-owned defense enterprise on the advancement of multi-domain unmanned systems.
