Phunware announced that Elliot Han was appointed Chairperson of the Company's Board of Directors and Chairperson of the Board's Audit Committee, each effective October 2025. Han has served as a Class II non-employee Director on the Company's Board since January 2024 and will continue to chair the Board's Compensation Committee.

Phunware announced the appointment of Jeremy Krol to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Krol, who served as Phunware's COO before accepting a position as Interim Chief Executive Officer in July 2025, will continue in that leadership position in addition to joining the Board.

Reports Q2 revenue $455,000, consensus $726,500.
