Reports Q2 revenue $18.7M vs. $16.8M last year. The 11% increase in revenue was primarily driven by a $7.3M increase in shipments of the company's largest customer's next-generation orthopedic handpiece and a $1.3M increase in CMF drivers and batteries. "We are pleased with our second quarter and year-to-date results. Additionally, as we previously announced, our three-year contract extension with our largest customer provides the foundation for our continued future growth for the next three years and beyond. We expect to complete an acquisition of a local machine shop which is also a current significant supplier of ours in the near term and, while it may not be immediately accretive to our earnings, it will secure additional capacity and manufacturing technology as we continue to grow." said CEO Richard Van Kirk.

Pro-Dex announced that on December 17, 2025, it executed a contract amendment with its largest customer for an additional three years. The contract, which was scheduled to terminate on December 31, 2025, has now been extended through December 31, 2028. The contract also contains minimum purchase volumes for each of the 2026 and 2027 calendar years. "We are pleased to secure the business of our largest customer for an additional three years," said Richard L. Van Kirk, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. "This amendment will culminate in more than fifteen years of collaboration with this customer and positions us for continued revenue growth. Reports Q1 revenue $14.9M, one estimate $12.1M. Richard L.
