Northpointe Bancshares, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Company operates its business primarily through its banking subsidiary, Northpointe Bank. Its business offers a nationwide mortgage purchase program, residential mortgage loans, digital deposit banking to its retail customers and custodial deposit services to its loan servicing clients. Its two primary business channels are Mortgage Warehouse, or Mortgage Purchase Program (MPP) and Retail Banking, including Residential Lending and its All-in-One (AIO) Loan. Its core product is based upon a collateralized mortgage purchase facility, marketed to small to mid-size independent mortgage bankers. The Company's residential lending division provides a comprehensive range of financing options for home purchases and refinancing, serving borrowers through two main channels: Consumer Direct and Traditional Retail. The Company offers a range of loan programs, including conventional, government, and non-qualified mortgage (QM) loan.
