Mytheresa receives final clearance to acquire YNAP from Richemont
Mytheresa (MYTE) said it received the unconditional merger control clearance from the European Commission for the acquisition of YNAP from Richemont (CFRSF). Mytheresa and Richemont have now received all other necessary approvals from regulatory authorities and plan to close the transaction on April 23.
