Myseum.AI announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent, or LOI, with Scanon.ai Systems to explore a collaborative development partnership focused on co-developing and integrating Scanon's current privacy-first artificial intelligence and computer vision capabilities into Myseum.AI's flagship Picture Party platform. Additionally, the final agreement would include reciprocal revenue sharing for co-developed technology and the participation of Myseum.AI in Scanon.ai's next round of financing. The LOI reflects the parties' mutual interest in forming a development partnership to both combine Scanon.ai's technical expertise in visual privacy and content analysis with Myseum.AI's product platforms, and co-develop new privacy-first AI tools.

Myseum.AI announced that it has been accepted into the AMD AI Developer Program by Advanced Micro Devices, facilitating access to AMD Developer Cloud credits, advanced tools, training and community resources designed to support and accelerate artificial intelligence development.

The company states: "Myseum announced that it was granted U.S. Patent #12,585,755 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, titled "Time Bound Event Creation and Management Based on User Specific Media Permissions." The invention relates to systems and methods for creating and managing private and secure social networks and media feeds. More specifically, aspects of these systems and methods may create time bound events with event-specific media permissions such as privacy and encryption controls for media handling and dynamic event prioritization."

Myseum announced the launch of an affiliate program focused on quickly building a large performance-based domestic and international salesforce. Initial target markets include large conferences, conventions, organizations, social gatherings, influencers, businesses and sporting events. The Picture Party platform addresses the unmet need for private social networking that allows a user to almost instantly create a private social feed for sharing posts, pictures and videos. The patented technology enables users to capture and share many different perspectives and photos of events such as weddings and conferences where everyone can be a photographer, while providing a private and secure social network free from algorithms and AI.
