MSCI Acquires PM Insights, Focused on Private Market Data
MSCI has acquired PM Insights, a specialist private markets data and analytics firm that provides daily secondary market reference data, including on pricing, valuation, transaction and liquidity, for private company securities. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, and the financial impact of the transaction is not expected to be material to MSCI. PM Insights' financial results will be presented as part of MSCI's Index reportable segment.
