MetLife Investment Management Originates $26B in Private Fixed Income Transactions in 2025
MetLife Investment Management announced that it originated approximately $26B in private fixed income transactions for clients in 2025, increasing total assets under management on MIM's private fixed income platform to $144.7B as of December 31, 2025. MIM's private fixed income platform comprises private corporate and infrastructure debt, private asset-based finance, residential whole loans, single family rental financing, and sustainable and transition finance. Reflecting the breadth and reach of MIM's platform, origination is well diversified with: $8.9B in residential credit; $6.8B in corporate debt; $5.7B in infrastructure debt; and $4.5B in asset-based finance transactions.
