Lantheus Weighs Sale to Curium at $7B
Lantheus is weighing a sale after receiving a takeover offer from Curium that values the radiopharma company at about $7B, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg's Michelle Davis. Lantheus and Curium have been in discussions about a potential deal that could be weeks away, said the report. Shares of Lantheus are up $5.60, or 6%, to $100.07 in late day trading following the report.
