Liberty Energy Proposes $450M Convertible Notes Offering
Liberty Energy announced that it proposes to offer $450M aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2032, subject to market conditions and other factors, in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Liberty also intends to grant the initial purchasers an option to purchase, within a 13-day period beginning on, and including, the date on which the Notes are first issued, up to an additional $50M aggregate principal amount of the Notes.
