Lanvin Group announced the appointment of Jiyang Han as CFO of the company, effective November 1. In this role, Han will oversee the Group's financial affairs, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and controllership, financial management, treasury, investment and financing projects, and investor relations. Han has served as co-CIO and assistant president of Yuyuan since June 2025. Han succeeds David Chan, whose planned departure as CFO was previously announced and will take effect on October 27.

Lanvin Group announced that David Chan, Executive President and CFO, has informed the Board of his decision to step down from his position, effective October 27, to pursue new professional opportunities. The company has implemented a structured transition plan to ensure continuity across its finance and operations functions. While Chan steps down from his executive role, he may continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. The Group will provide further updates regarding the appointment of a successor in due course.

Lanvin Group announced leadership and board changes designed to strengthen its position in the luxury fashion industry. The Board of Directors has appointed Andy Lew, CEO of St. John Knits as Executive President of Lanvin Group, while Eric Chan will transition from his role as CEO to join the Board as a director. Lew brings more than 35 years of experience in the fashion industry. As part of this transition, Lanvin Group will establish a second headquarters in Europe, which will be led by Lew to support the company's global expansion. He will continue to serve as a leader within St. John Knits International, with day-to-day operations managed by a newly established management committee. In conjunction with these leadership appointments, the Board has approved an expansion from eight to nine members and appointed Alan Liu, who will replace Grace Fang, alongside Eric Chan as directors, effective immediately.
