Kilroy Realty Appoints Gary Stevenson as Board Chair
Kilroy Realty announced leadership changes on the company's board of directors and within its committees, including the appointment of Gary Stevenson as chair of the board, Edward Brennan as chair of the audit committee, and Jolie Hunt as chair of the executive compensation committee. The board has appointed Gary Stevenson as chair of the board, succeeding Edward Brennan, who has served on the board since 2003 and as chair since 2024. Stevenson has been a member of Kilroy's board since 2014.
