Kadant to Acquire voestalpine BOHLER Profil GmbH & Co.
Kadant has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire voestalpine BOHLER Profil GmbH & Co. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to certain Austrian regulatory approvals and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, and will be financed primarily through borrowings under Kadant's revolving credit facility.
