Galaxy Payroll files to sell 3.8M Class A ordinary shares for holders

CURRENC Group (CURR) announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Galaxy Payroll Group Limited (GLXG) to jointly create innovative AI-powered human resources solutions for CURRENC's "AI Staff for Hire" platform. The parties will develop two new modules, AI HR Manager and AI Recruitment Manager, extending CURRENC's reach to the HR sector.

Galaxy Payroll Group, a payroll outsourcing service, employment service and consultancy and market research service provider based in Hong Kong, priced of its initial public offering of 1.75M shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share. The stock trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "GLXG." R.F. Lafferty acted as the sole underwriter.
