FiEE sees Q4 gross profit $3M and net Income $2M. CEO Rafael Li commented, "We are pleased with our strong Q4 2025 performance, along with a full-year growth across both sales and profit. We also showed improved profitability, with gross profit increasing 2,506.1% year-on-year and Net Income achieving a turnaround to approximately $1M. FiEE is pleased to announce that on November 27, 2025, the company signed a share purchase agreement and technology transfer agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity interests and all of the assets, including software copyrights and patents of the Japanese company, Houren-Geiju Kabushikikaisha, for an aggregate purchase price of $3.5M. The Transactions closed on November 30, 2025. The company believes that the Transactions will significantly bolster the company's technological capabilities and further optimize its offering of a comprehensive brand management solution for its customers.
