FiEE is pleased to announce that on November 27, 2025, the company signed a share purchase agreement and technology transfer agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity interests and all of the assets, including software copyrights and patents of the Japanese company, Houren-Geiju Kabushikikaisha, for an aggregate purchase price of $3.5M. The Transactions closed on November 30, 2025.
