FG Nexus announced that FG Nexus and Securitize have entered into an agreement to implement a program to allow shareholders to elect to natively tokenize the Company's common and preferred stock on the Ethereum blockchain. FG Nexus is among the first NASDAQ-listed companies to offer shareholders the choice to tokenize its shares on Ethereum, with such tokenized shares conferring the same rights as traditional shares. Additionally, FG Nexus will be the first to tokenize a dividend-paying, exchange-listed perpetual preferred share. The program is expected to commence with tokenizing the Company's common stock. FG Nexus will then work with Securitize to tokenize its shares of Class A preferred stock, with the expectation that it would bring recurring cash flows fully onchain for the first time.

Fundamental Global announced its current ETH position increased to 48,545 ETH as of August 25, 2025, following a series of additional purchases and reflecting the positive impact of the Company's initial staking rewards. The Company's total ETH holdings are 48,545 representing approximately $230 million in an aggregate value. The Company's average ETH purchase price is approximately $3,850. The Company strategic plan is to rapidly scale its ETH holdings, targeting a 10% stake in the Ethereum network. Fundamental Global announced it officially kick started its acquisition of ETH with the goal of creating one of the largest ETH treasury holdings companies in the world. On July 30, 2015, Ethereum's genesis block mined 6,400 ETH. Exactly ten years later, the Company believes history has come full circle with FG Nexus launching on the Ethereum Standard by purchasing a symbolic 6,400 ETH. Since this first acquisition, the Company has continued to make several subsequent purchases, and as of August 10, 2025 at 6:30pm EST, the Company now holds 47,331 ETH at $4,228.40 per ETH. FG Nexus has already deployed all of the net proceeds from the Company's announced $200 million private placement towards purchasing ETH. FG Nexus aims to accelerate the accumulation of ETH holdings and the generation of ETH Yield. Under the Company's ETH treasury holding strategy, ETH Yield becomes the core value creation metric for FG Nexus shareholders.
