eGain Corporation announced the appointment of Steve Pappas as Head of Innovation. In this role, Pappas will help shape eGain's product and market expansion strategy at the intersection of AI, knowledge management, and customer experience - accelerating the company's Knowledge Management and Automation category leadership. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Cobalt Speech & Language, an AI speech technology company.

eGain (EGAN) announced new integrations that bring eGain AI Agent into Microsoft (MSFT) Teams, Slack, and Zoom (ZM) Team Chat. "Teams, Slack, and Zoom have become the daily workspace for employees," said Ashu Roy, CEO of eGain. eGain announced that Cabinetworks Group has selected the eGain AI Knowledge Hub and AI Agent for Contact Center to modernize its knowledge management system and enhance customer service operations.
