Reports Q1 net interest margin 3.88%, down 13 basis points from 4Q25. Tangible book value per share increased 62c, or 12.4% annualized, to $20.60 at March 31, 2026 from $19.98 at previous quarter end. Common equity tier 1 ratio was 14.73% from 14.99% at previous quarter end.

Commercial announced that the Board authorized a stock repurchase plan pursuant to which Commercial may repurchase, from time to time, up to an aggregate of $10M of its outstanding common stock. The 2026 Repurchase Program will expire on April 30, 2027, unless extended by the Board.

Commercial Bancgroup announced that the board of directors of Commercial declared its first quarterly cash dividend of 10c per share of Commercial common stock payable on March 31 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15.

Total assets were $2.3 billion as of December 31, 2025, compared to $2.3 billion as of December 31, 2024. This was primarily due to a decrease in the loan portfolio during the first three quarters of the year offset by loan growth during the fourth quarter. Total net loans were $1.9 billion as of December 31, 2025, an increase of $66.9 million, or 3.7%, from December 31, 2024. While the Bank experienced some large loan payoffs from long-term borrowers selling businesses during the year, the Bank had strong loan growth during the fourth quarter. Total net loans increased by $106.5 million or 6.1% from $1.7 billion as of September 30, 2025.
