Commercial Bancgroup, Inc. is a bank holding company that operates primarily through its wholly owned subsidiary, Commercial Bank. The Bank is a full-service community banking institution that offers traditional consumer and commercial products and services to serve businesses and individuals in select markets in Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee. It has four loan portfolio segments: real estate (which is divided into four classes), commercial, consumer, and other.
