2026 Guidance and Long-Term Growth Prospects: "While operational performance remained solid during the first quarter of 2026, revenue growth was modest at 0.3%. However, profitability improved meaningfully, with EBITDA margin expanding 211 bps compared to the same period last year. This reflects various initiatives to strengthen margins and operational efficiency and reinforces management's confidence in the resilience of the Company's business model as well as the ability to continue delivering on BeFra's long-term objectives. Our current guidance does not reflect the Tupperware transaction and will be revised once the transaction is finalized," the company said.
