J. Scott Penny, chief acquisitions officer of Brown & Brown, and Paul Bender, the owner of The Protectorate Group Insurance Agency, doing business as American Adventure Insurance, announced that Brown & Brown Dealer Services has acquired the assets of American Adventure. American Adventure specializes in providing insurance solutions at the dealership for all types of vehicles, including motor homes, travel trailers, campers, boats, personal watercrafts, motorcycles and more. Terms were not disclosed.

Brown & Brown announce that Dorothea Henderson has been appointed chief information technology officer. She will lead the company's enterprise technology strategy and oversee initiatives to improve digital capabilities and enhance the technology experience for teammates and customers.

Brown & Brown announced that it has entered into an accelerated share repurchase program with Bank of America for $250M of the company's common stock. The ASR is part of the company's board-approved $1.5B share repurchase authorization announced on October 22, 2025.
