Bioceres Crop Solutions Appoints New CFO and Board Member
Bioceres Crop Solutions announced the appointment of its Chief Financial Officer and changes to the composition of the board of directors of the company. Ezequiel Simmermacher is being appointed as the company's CFO, with effect from January 5, and Duraiswami Narain has been appointed as a member of the board of directors, effective December 29. Simmermacher has served as director of operational excellence & business development for South America at CHS Inc. since 2024, the company noted.
