Colliers last night initiated coverage of Bluerock Homes Trust with a Buy rating and $15 price target. The company invests in single-family rentals across growth markets in the Sunbelt and Western U.S., the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says Bluerock will acquire apartment communities where supply/demand dynamics are favorable.
