Bluerock Homes Trust Launches $10M Stock Buyback Plan
Bluerock Homes Trust announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a new plan for the repurchase of up to $10M of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock. The repurchase plan will commence on March 1, and will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended and subject to Rule 10b-5 of the Exchange Act. The repurchase plan has a term of one year ending on February 28, 2027, and may be discontinued at any time.
