Booz Allen Hamilton announced that its corporate venture capital arm, Booz Allen Ventures, has invested in Ulysses, a San Francisco-based maritime robotics company developing cost-efficient, high-volume autonomous surface and underwater vehicles for maritime operations. The company said, "Amid rising demand for low-cost, scalable unmanned undersea systems, Booz Allen's investment in Ulysses enhances the firm's ability to deliver integrated maritime solutions, particularly across mine countermeasures, multi-vehicle swarming and survey missions, and operations requiring platforms designed for high-risk environments."

Booz Allen Hamilton announced that its corporate venture capital arm, Booz Allen Ventures, has invested in Portal Space Systems, a U.S.-based space technology company developing rapidly maneuverable spacecraft for next-generation orbital operations. Portal Space Systems is developing a new class of maneuverable spacecraft, including Starburst-its orbital maneuvering vehicle designed to provide rapid, responsive operations within a destination orbit-and Supernova-its transorbital spacecraft built for movement across orbital regimes. Together, these systems enable spacecraft to reposition, persist, and respond dynamically in orbit, which is key to the future of orbital warfare in the space domain. Such capabilities are essential as space becomes more congested and contested, and the ability to respond at speed is critical to evolving mission needs.

Booz Allen Hamilton announced it has completed its acquisition of Defy Security. The transaction was previously announced on February 17, 2026. Defy provides cybersecurity technology products and services to leading financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail enterprises. Joined with Defy Security, we can help more enterprises around the world innovate ahead of pervasive cyber threats and protect their most critical assets," said Andrew Turner, executive vice president and head of Booz Allen's global commercial business.
