Booz Allen announced that its corporate venture capital arm, Booz Allen Ventures, has made a strategic investment in Hadean, a UK-based technology company specializing in digital wargaming and command & control capabilities, powered by AI. This marks the company's first international Ventures investment and enables Hadean-one of the UK's most successful and fastest-growing startups-to develop a U.S. presence to further support U.S., NATO, and allied missions. The bridge-round investment builds on an existing two-year partnership with Hadean and Booz Allen.

NVIDIA (NVDA) announced a commitment, together with Booz Allen (BAH), BT Group, Cisco (CSCO), Deutsche Telekom (DTEGY), Ericsson (ERIC), MITRE, Nokia (NOK), OCUDU Ecosystem Foundation, ODC, SK Telecom (SKM), SoftBank (SFTBY) and T-Mobile (TMUS), to build the world's next generation of wireless networks on AI-native, open, secure platforms. "AI is redefining computing and driving the largest infrastructure buildout in human history - and telecommunications is next," said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. "Together with a global coalition of industry leaders, NVIDIA is building AI-RAN to transform the world's telecom networks into AI infrastructure everywhere."

Booz Allen Hamilton announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Defy Security as a wholly owned subsidiary. The company said this strategic acquisition will accelerate product-driven revenue and scale advanced cybersecurity solutions for leading enterprises. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Booz Allen's fiscal year 2027 and is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
