Indiana American Water Invests $19M in PFAS Treatment System
Indiana American Water announced plans to construct its second advanced drinking water treatment system designed to remove per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances at its Terre Haute operations. With an estimated budget of approximately $19M, this project builds on the company's ongoing infrastructure investments and its statewide PFAS mitigation program. It also follows the completion of Indiana's first PFAS treatment system in Charlestown earlier this year.
