Arrow Financial and Adirondack Bancorp Merger Approved
Arrow Financial and Adirondack Bancorp announced they have received the approval of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to proceed with the previously announced merger of Arrow and Adirondack. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur on or around July 1, pending Adirondack shareholder approval, approvals or waivers from the New York State Department of Financial Services and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and other customary closing conditions.
