Aeluma has named Christiane Poblenz as its Vice President of Materials Operations to lead scaling efforts for Aeluma's large-diameter epitaxial wafers. Christiane Poblenz brings 25 years of experience scaling and commercializing semiconductor wafers and laser products for consumer markets including next-generation displays and automotive. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Epitaxy at Kyocera SLDLaser

The company reaffirmed its FY26 revenue guidance based on current and anticipated market conditions. Strategic priorities for the year include securing three to seven new development contracts to provide non-dilutive R&D funding and increasing outsourced wafer manufacturing productivity while expanding test and validation capabilities. Aeluma is also growing its business development, go-to-market, and technical operations teams as it drives product roadmaps through continued progress in mobile electronics, AI infrastructure, and defense markets. "As we move through fiscal 2026, we are intensely focused on commercialization and building long-term value," said CEO Jonathan Klamkin.

Reports Q2 revenue $1.3M vs. $1.6M last year. Revenue in the quarter was primarily from R&D contracts. "The second quarter marked another big step forward for Aeluma as we gear up for commercialization. We ramped engagements across our target markets and increased visibility at a major industry conference," said CEO Jonathan Klamkin.

Aeluma announced it has named Bouchaib Nessar as its Senior Vice President of Business Development and Product to lead its go-to-market strategy across communication, sensing, and quantum markets.
