Immunome, Inc. is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company, which is focused on developing first-in-class and targeted therapies designed to improve outcomes for cancer patients. The Company is engaged in advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics in the design, development, and commercialization of targeted cancer therapies, including antibody-drug conjugate therapies (ADCs). Its advanced pipeline programs are varegacestat, a gamma secretase inhibitor which is in a Phase III trial for the treatment of desmoid tumors; IM-1021, an ROR1-targeted ADC which is in a Phase I trial, and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radioligand. The Company's pipeline also includes IM-1617, IM-1335, and IM-1340, all of which are preclinical ADCs pursuing undisclosed targets with expression in multiple solid tumors.
