Mr. Hart will also remain a member of the Board of Directors. Hart brings over 30 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, most recently as a Senior Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Guggenheim Securities. Mike De Notaris, who has recently served as Interim CFO, will continue with Loop in his role of Vice President of Corporate Development and report to Mr. Hart.
