Ergatta is a Brooklyn-based connected fitness company that pioneered game-based fitness content, building a stable, cash-generating subscription business with industry leading monthly net retention of more than 98%. Ergatta is expected to generate revenue of more than $10M in 2026, with approximately 70% from recurring subscriptions providing high revenue visibility, and approximately a 30% EBITDA margin. Additionally, Ergatta operates an asset-light business model that generates strong operational cashflow without requiring investment in inventory. Interactive Strength Inc. produces specialty fitness equipment and digital fitness services under two brands: CLMBR and FORME. CLMBR is a vertical climbing machine that offers full-body strength and cardio workout. The CLMBR software provides a digital experience and the CLMBR Connected display provides hundreds of on-demand classes for trainers. FORME is a digital fitness platform that combines smart gyms with live virtual personal training and coaching to deliver immersive experience and outcomes for both consumers and trainers.
