Innovative Eyewear, Inc. develops and sells smart eyeglasses and sunglasses, which are designed to allow customers to remain connected to their digital lives, while also offering prescription eyewear and sun protection. Its brands include Lucyd, Nautica, Eddie Bauer and Reebok brands. Its first commercial product, Lucyd Lyte, enables the wearer to remain connected to their digital lives. Its product offering consists of approximately 26 different models, which offer a similar amount of style variety as many traditional eyewear collections.
